I loved this Emma. It evokes your childhood and sisterhood so beautifully. I have five daughters who were brought up in a wild rural location and have now produced seven grandsons. I still live in their childhood home, and now the boys spend holidays with me - climbing trees, catching frogs, fishing off the point, jumping in the pond - all the things their mamas did. We are very lucky to have that intergenerational relationship with this place at this time in human history. Happy Equinox from Aotearoa New Zealand!
